Founded in 1887, the Raffles Hotel has been a global icon in hospitality and is recognized as the birthplace of the Singapore Sling. While the anatomy of the drink remained unchanged for over one hundred years, we were commissioned to create a bespoke bitter for the hotel's relaunch in 2018. The new and improved recipe is enjoyed by hundreds of thousands of guests each year and places Scrappy's firmly in global cocktail canon.
