Betty White Negroni

This is the perfect tribute to two of our favorite icons, Betty White and the Negroni. Gin infused with orange, coffee & cacao combined in equal parts with French gentian superstar Suze and bianco vermouth makes for a decidedly aromatic and refreshing riff. Scrappy's Bergamot Bitters add a touch of earl grey perfume and finesse. Big ice is a must.

• 1 oz Collective Distilling Orange, Coffee & Cacao Gin
• 1 oz Martini Bianco Vermouth
• 1 oz Suze Apéritif
• 2 dashes Scrappy’s Bergamot Bitters
