Aromatic gin, blueberry, violet and rosé vermouth are perfectly complemented by our perfumey Bergamot Bitters. The ice peak garnish is as dramatic as the flavors in this show stopper.
- 1.5 oz Lemon Gin
- 1 oz Lillet Rose
- 0.25 oz Bitter Truth Violet Liqueur
- 6 drops Owl & Whale Blueberry Phosphate
- 2 dashes Scrappy’s Bergamot Bitters
