Earl Gray infused gin, lemon juice, and egg white play nicely here. That luxurious texture is only enhanced by the subtle lavender flower. Long finish, very refreshing.
- 2 oz Earl Gray Tea Infused Gin
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 dashes Scrappy’s Lavender Bitters
- Egg White
- Dried Orange Wheel Garnish
