  • 2 oz Quebranta Pisco
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz Lime Juice
  • 2 heaping bar spoons Apricot jam
  • 2 Dashes of Scrappy’s Grapefruit Bitters
  • 1 egg white
