Festive Sour
Official Cocktail
- 2 oz Quebranta Pisco
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice
- 2 heaping bar spoons Apricot jam
- 2 dashes of Scrappy’s Grapefruit Bitters
- 1 Egg White
Combine all, dry shake, shake once again over ice. Fine strain into chilled coupe.
