Festive Sour

Official Cocktail

  • 2 oz Quebranta Pisco
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz Lime Juice
  • 2 heaping bar spoons Apricot jam
  • 2 dashes of Scrappy’s Grapefruit Bitters
  • 1 Egg White

Combine all, dry shake, shake once again over ice. Fine strain into chilled coupe.
