This play on a tiki classic is a real hangover helper. Spirit forward but refreshing at the same time, it reminds me of a spicy Paloma and brings me back to simpler days spent in Baja.
- 1 oz Blanco Tequila
- 0.5 oz White Rum
- 0.25 oz Mezcal
- 0.5 oz Lime
- 0.5 oz Grapefruit Cordial
- 2 dashes Scrappy’s Firewater Bitters
- Ginger Beer
- Garnish: Fresh Grapefruit Slice
