- 2 oz Pisco
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz agave simple syrup
- 2 dashes Scrappy’s Lavender Bitters
- 1 Lavender Blossom
- 1 Egg White
- 3 drops Aromatic Bitters
Add all ingredients except aromatic bitters to a shaking tin. Dry shake for 30 seconds. Add ice and shake medium, about 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe, drop a few drops of the aromatic bitters and swirl for pattern, garnish with another lavender bloom. Sip, savor, and enjoy!
