Mad River Manhattan

The ubiquitous Manhattan is legendary and leaves room for many interpretations. This take sticks with the formula but instead of a basic vermouth, the incredible Carpano Antica is used. This vermouth adds rich complexity and velvety texture to the rugged bourbon base and makes for a very quaffable cup. The addition of Scrappy's Orange Bitters bring notes of fresh orange peel and fresh orange blossom.

• 1 oz Carpano Antica
• 3 dashes Scrappy’s Orange Bitters
