Dry shake until tired, strain into coupe, garnish with coffee and orange bitters design.

• 1 oz London Dry Gin (Beefeater 24)
• 1/4 oz Homemade Kona Coffee Liqueur
• 1/2 oz Averna Amaro
• 3/4 oz Pierre Ferrand Curaçao
• 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
• 4 dashes Scrappy's Orange Bitters
• 3/4 oz Egg White
