Official Cocktail
Dry shake until tired, strain into coupe, garnish with coffee and orange bitters design.
- 1oz London dry gin (Beefeater 24)
- 1/4oz homemade Kona coffee liqueur
- 1/2oz Averna Amaro
- 3/4oz Pierre Ferrand Curaçao
- 3/4oz lemon juice
- 4 dashes Scrappy's Orange Bitters
- > Shake over ice, double strain, add back to shaker tin
- 3/4oz egg white
