Official Cocktail

Dry shake until tired, strain into coupe, garnish with coffee and orange bitters design.

  • 1oz London dry gin (Beefeater 24)
  • 1/4oz homemade Kona coffee liqueur
  • 1/2oz Averna Amaro
  • 3/4oz Pierre Ferrand Curaçao
  • 3/4oz lemon juice
  • 4 dashes Scrappy's Orange Bitters
  • > Shake over ice, double strain, add back to shaker tin
  • 3/4oz egg white
