- 1 oz Som Pineapple Szechuan Pepper Vinegar
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 0.5 oz Tequila Blanco
- 0.25 oz Campari
- 1 dash Scrappy’s Fire Tincture
- Top with Topo Chico
- Garnish with Lime Peel
