Official Cocktail
- 2 oz Tawny Port
- 2 oz Dark Plantation Rum
- 1.5 oz lime juice
- 1 oz vanilla infused simple syrup
- 1/4 oz allspice dram
- 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
- 1 dash Scrappy’s Orange Bitters
- 1 dropper bourbon aromatic bitters
- 1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger
