ROOT BEER STANDARD
Official Cocktail
In a glass with ice, combine syrup and bitters, then stir in sparkling water to combine. Squeeze lime wedge over drink and drop it in to finish.
- 1 oz Portland Syrups Root Beer syrup
- 3 dashes Scrappy's Orleans bitters
- 5 oz sparkling water
- large lime wedge
