Spring Tonic

Official Cocktail

  • 1 oz Portland Syrups Rose City Tonic syrup
  • 3 dashes Scrappy's lavender bitters
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • 2.5 oz sparkling water
  • Lemon Peel to Garnish

In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine syrup, bitters and lemon juice, then shake. Add sparkling water to shaker, then immediately pour into a glass. Express lemon peel over drink, then garnish with it.
