An elevated take on the classic Salty Dog. This recipe brings Ramazzotti Amaro into the fold for extra layers of flavor and Scrappy's Fire Tincture adds just enough heat to the finish to keep you coming back for more.
- 2 oz Hera The Dog Vodka
- 3 oz Ruby Red Grapefruit
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Ramazzotti Amaro
- 1 dash Scrappy’s Fire Tincture
- Rim with Habanero Salt
- Garnish with Pomelo Slice / Green Sorrel
