This Tequila based variation of a Bijou has only a few ingredients but has loads of flavor. The agave plays beautifully with the sweet vermouth and of course the Green Chartreuse brings a hint of that unmistakeable alpine herbal goodness we all love. Scrappy's Orange Bitters complement the whole arrangement with just the right amount of gentian and fresh orange peel aromatics.
