• A squeeze of Honey
• A shot of Vodka
• Juice of 1 lemon
• A few drops of Lavender Bitters
• Sparkling Water

Mix together a squeeze of honey and a shot of vodka in a glass. Stir the honey till it dissolves in the vodka. Add the juice of 1 lemon and a few drops of lavender bitters. Add ice and top with sparkling water!
