- 1 1/3 oz Bowmore 15 Year Scotch
- 2/3 oz Blandy’s 5 Year Old Madeira
- 1/2 oz Amaro Averna
- 5 dashes Scrappy’s Orange Bitters
- Garnish with oil from fresh orange zest
