The Winter Carvival
Official Cocktail
- 2 oz gin reserve finished in cognac barrels
- 0.5 oz Golden Falernum
- 0.5 oz vermouth rose
- 0.5 oz lime and cardamom syrup
- 2-3 Dashes of Scrappy’s Orleans Bitters
- Top with pomegranate juice
- Pomegranate seeds for garnishing
- Stir gently, slowly strain over ice cube placed into a flat bottom coupe.
- Place pomegranate seeds on the ice cube.
