Official Cocktail
In a glass with ice, combine syrup and bitters, then stir in sparkling water to combine. Express orange wedge over drink, then garnish with it.
- 1.5 oz Portland Syrups Vanilla Rooibos syrup
- 3 dashes Scrappy's orange bitters
- 5 oz sparkling water
- orange peel to garnish
