Complex and inspiring, this spirit forward sipper combines hearty Scotch, sweet vermouth, a touch of absinthe, and grenadine. Scrappy's Seville Orange Bitters add a lovely orange blossom note which pairs beautifully with all the elements.
- 1.5 oz Scotch
- 0.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 2 dashes Scrappy’s Seville Orange Bitters
- 2 dashes St. Georges Absinthe
- 2 dashes of Grenadine
- Garnish with Chamomile flower
