Beach Ballin'

A refreshing cocktail to cool off in the summer. If the melon ice cubes aren't refreshing enough, the light cucumber mint shrub will surely do the trick.

• 2 oz Novo Fogo Bar Strength
• 0.75 oz Cucumber Mint Shrub
• ⅛ oz Lime Acid
• 4 dashes Scrappy's Lime Bitters
• 3 oz Soda Water
• Melon Ice Cubes (Blend a Ripe Melon into a Puree. Pour into an Ice Mold and Freeze Until Solid)
• Dehydrated Lime Wheel
