COMING UP ROSES
Official Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine syrup, bitters and lemon juice, then shake. Add sparkling water to shaker, then immediately pour into a glass. Express lemon peel over drink, then garnish with it.
- 1 oz Portland Syrups Rose Cordial syrup
- 2 dashes Scrappy's cardamom bitters
- 0.5 oz lemon juice
- 3 oz sparkling water
- lemon peel to garnish
