Corn liqueur and tequila are a perfect match and that union is expertly fortified with Finocchietto and Creme de Violette, and of course celery bitters. Vegetal and savory, this has so much going on.
- 1.5 Altos Blanco Tequila
- .75 oz Nixta Licor de Elote
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lemon
- .75 oz Del Maguey Vida Mezcal
- .25 oz Don Ciccio e Figli Finocchieto
- .25 oz Creme de Violette
- 2 dashes Bitter Gringo Buddha Bitters
- 1 dash Scrappy’s Celery Bitters
