Official Cocktail

In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine syrup, bitters and grapefruit juice, then shake. Add cold sparkling water to shaker, then immediately pour into a glass. Express grapefruit peel over drink, then garnish with it.

1 oz Portland Syrups Hibiscus Cardamom syrup

3 dashes Scrappy's lime bitters

0.5 oz grapefruit juice

2.5 oz sparkling water

grapefruit peel to garnish
