Hibiscus Soigné

Official Cocktail

  • 1 oz Portland Syrups Hibiscus Cardamom syrup
  • 3 dashes Scrappy's Lime Bitters
  • 0.5 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 2.5 oz Sparkling Water
  • Grapefruit Peel to Garnish

In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine syrup, bitters and grapefruit juice, then shake. Add cold sparkling water to shaker, then immediately pour into a glass. Express grapefruit peel over drink, then garnish with it.
