This is a clever play on the famed Last Word, with Suze taking the place of Maraschino alongside the classic Gin and Green Chartreuse. A few drops of Scrappy's Celery Bitters add a beautiful savory vegetal aspect to the cocktail rendering it complex, bittersweet and balanced.

• 1.25 oz St. George Terroir Gin
• 0.5 oz Green Chartreuse

• 0.5 oz Lime Juice
