Official Cocktail

As we all know, Rum and coconut are a perfect match. This recipe utilizes the addition of ginger, lime and cardamom to cut through the richness of the coconut cream and deliver a well rounded, modern tropical cocktail.

  • 2 oz Appleton Estate Rum 12yr
  • 1 oz Coconut Cream
  • 3/4 oz Ginger Concentrate
  • 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 dashes Scrappy’s Cardamom Bitters
