Passionfruit Punch
Official Cocktail
- 1.5 oz Portland Syrups Citrus-Passion Syrup
- 5 dashes Scrappy's Grapefruit Bitters
- 4 oz Sparkling Water
- Large Lemon Wedge
In a glass with ice, combine syrup and bitters, then stir in sparkling water to combine. Squeeze lemon wedge over drink and drop it in to finish.
