• 1.5 oz Siempre Añejo Tequila
• 1 muddled Persimmon
• 0.5 oz Licor 43
• 0.5 oz Purely Chai Spice Pear
• 0.5 oz Vanilla Allspice Syrup
• 1-2 dashes Scrappy’s Cardamom Bitters
• Garnish with Persimmon Leaves
