Quincy'S Spiced Plum

Featuring @woodinvillewhiskeyco's bourbon, the Omlin family farm in Quincy, WA is both where the grain grows for this whiskey and where the barrels are aged so it seemed only appropriate that it contributed to this cocktail's name.

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 1 tbsp Plum Preserves
• 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
• 1-2 dashes Scrappy's Cardamom Bitters
