Official Cocktail

This is a fun riff on your average Mai Tai but features a saffron-infused mezcal which adds a smoky and floral earthy note. A pineapple rind-infused dark rum gives a tropical and exotic sweetness and depth.

  • 1 oz saffron infused mezcal
  • 1 oz pineapple rind infused dark rum
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz Orgeat
  • 0.25 oz Orange Curaçao
  • 2 dashes Scrappy's Fire Tincture
