  • 2 oz Cognac
  • 1 oz FAIR CAFÉ Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz FAIR KUMQUAT Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz TUVÈ FERNET Amaro
  • 3 Dashes Scrappy's Chocolate Bitters
  • Pinch of salt
  • White chocolate coconut cream cheese foam* to top
  • French Pastry Tuile for garnish
