Official Cocktail
Originating in the 1920s, the Salty Dog is a perfect blend of gin, grapefruit, and salt. This version by @spiritandspoon gets a little kick from Fire Tincture, and with rosemary to garnish the blend is spot on.
- 1.5 oz Empress Gin
- 0.5 oz Campari
- 3 oz Oro Blanco Grapefruit
- 2 Dashes Scrappy’s Fire Tincture
- Salted Rim & Rosemary to garnish
