This riff on a Black Manhattan brings together barrel notes from Tequila as well as Bourbon and pairs that perfectly with the earthy sweetness of Cynar. A touch of strawberry syrup brings the perfect amount of sweetness while Lime and Chocolate Bitters add the aromatics.

• 0.75 oz Buffalo Trace Bourbon
• 0.5 oz Cynar 70
