• 1 oz Green Chartreuse
• 1 oz Gin
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice
• 0.5 oz Fresh Lime
• 0.25 oz Coconut Water
• 1 dash Scrappy’s Celery Bitters
• 1 Egg White
