This daiquiri starts with fabulous Plantation Rum and fresh lime. The addition of the bramble elements along with the Lavender make this a cocktail for all seasons. Bright, refreshing and tart.
- 3 Dashes Scrappy’s Lavender Bitters
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 oz Homemade blackberry lavender liqueur
- 1 oz 3 Stars Plantation Rum
- 1 egg white
- Garnish with blackberries
