Official Cocktail

Kiwi infused Pisco lays the groundwork for this bright, refreshing sour. The addition of Green Chartreuse adds a complex herbal profile while the Fernet Branca and Crème de Menthe contribute a nice kick of mint. Egg white gives you the luscious mouthfeel and ties all the elements together, including the small dose of Scrappy's Cardamom Bitters.

  • 1.5 oz Kiwi infused Pisco
  • 0.25 oz Green Chartreuse
  • 0.25 oz Velvet Falernum
  • Bar spoon Crème de Menthe
  • Bar spoon Fernet Branca
  • 0.75 oz Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Pineapple Rind Syrup
  • 1 dash Scrappy’s Cardamom Bitters
  • 1 egg white
